Method

I guide every engagement through a structured, phased methodology, whether delivering a comprehensive go-to-market strategy or an individual campaign. This reflects the core principle behind my operating framework: understand the system before intervening, then design solutions with deliberate purpose.

  1. Signal Scan. Quantify the goals and assess the landscape: industry and market analysis, competitive analysis and an internal value chain and company analysis to see how the business creates value today.
  2. Solutions Mapping. Value Proposition Design: map the customer’s jobs, pains and gains against an offer built to fit, then layer in the technology, the data and the KPIs the strategy will run on.
  3. Journey Audit. Map where the brand actually reaches customers right now.
  4. Readiness Assessment. Evaluate the team, process, data and systems against what the strategy will demand.
  5. Gap Analysis. An expanded SWOT: name the real strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, then isolate what’s missing and what’s already working.
  6. Growth Blueprint. The recommendations, built as one connected plan:
    • An updated value chain and the target markets worth pursuing
    • A perceptual map showing where the brand should sit against competitors
    • Content allocation by audience and the marketing mix that carries it
    • A projected P&L, so the plan doubles as a business case
  7. Pilot Sprint. A phased implementation plan, with contingency planning built in so a stumble doesn’t stall the rollout.
  8. Optimization Loop. Turn results into the next round of improvement, measured against a balanced scorecard.
